Back in 1994 a bus driver at ACTION in Canberra was getting 18 dollars per hour under enterprise bargaining, At the same time a bus driver working for "Gold Coast Citybus" was getting $8.70 per hour. That was $1.20 per hour below the minimum award rate for that time. I would be interested in any comments about this
